About This Site
Client downloads, setup tutorials, and open-source ecosystem guides.
V2Ray Guides and Downloads
V2Ray Official Site is an independent guide site with content in multiple languages. It covers installation, subscription import, and connection testing for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG. The Download page organizes client downloads by operating system and processor architecture to help readers identify the right installer. The site name is a brand and does not imply official authorization from any core or client project. No proxy nodes or subscriptions are provided.
Project V and Its Core Families
Project V is an open-source ecosystem built around network proxy tools. V2Fly continues community development of V2Ray, while Xray developed as a fork of V2Ray. They share a technical heritage, but their features and configurations continue to diverge. The core handles connections; the GUI client organizes settings. Sharing a protocol name does not mean every core version supports the same configuration.
Download Sources and Tutorial Maintenance
Download resources are organized by checking release sources, platform architecture, and package type; similar-looking filenames are not proof of a trustworthy source. Tutorials are reviewed against real GUI client workflows and note prerequisites for permissions, routing, and DNS settings. Interfaces change between releases. If a menu looks different, check the Getting Started guide, then follow the troubleshooting steps in Advanced Setup. Subscription URLs contain access credentials and should not be shared publicly.
Scope and Responsible Use
This site provides technical learning resources and configuration guidance. It does not guarantee the availability of any network, proxy node, or third-party service. Before use, check local laws, network policies, and service terms, and operate only in environments where you have authorization. Save your original settings before changing system network configurations, and restore them promptly if problems occur. See the Disclaimer for further details on these limitations.
